Minori

The City

Another small pearl of the Amalfi Coast is Minori, a very renowned seaside and tourist resort. Nestled in a characteristic cove, it attracts a large number of Italian and foreign tourists, fascinated by its beauty and the warm hospitality of its inhabitants.

Among the most important monuments to visit are the remains of an ancient Villa, known as Romana Marittima, dating back to the 1st century AD, located behind the city center and accessible through characteristic vaulted alleys, typical of these places. It is of great interest for its architectural structure and for the well-preserved collection of paintings and mosaics.

In summer, high-level shows and artistic events take place here, including the "GustaMinori" in September.

Minori has been designated as the "City of Taste" in recent years.
